I like it but the side pocket zipper doesn’t work. I can’t even return it because the paper that had the return label was cut off.

This sturdy well made bag fits well under seat as promised with easy access to contents. I found both handle & shoulder strap options useful. Lots of room in front 2 zippered pockets for phone, cords and passport. Ample room in the body accessed from the top.
I took one star away for the only con. The rear luggage strap allows too much movement of the bag when placed on a rolling suitcase. Perhaps a wide Velcro strip may resolve this.
I would recommend this product and look forward to enjoying it over and over.

I am most disappointed that the travel pro tag came unstiched. I am not going to pay to have it stitched back up so will probable take the tag off. I only used it so far on one trip and it traveled on my person except when I put it under the plane seat. I also learned that I should have bought a bag this size with wheels. If you fill this bag to the max, it is heavy to lug around even with the shoulder strap. It is to big on my size ( 5′ 4″ ) to carry with the strap. I have since bought a bag this size with wheels. I will not be using this bag as much as I thought.
