Order came early so that was a bonus, the filter is different from other models as its in the back of the tumble the tumble works well and there has been no problems with it.the only thing I would say an older person with arthritis might find if difficult to bend down to reach the filter to remove it and put back in. Also its lot quieter than my old one used to be

Takes forever to dry, everything ends up tangled up into big balls if you don’t go in every 20 minute to shake everything out, 3 hours to dry 3 towels, 6 hours to dry 2 towels and few face clothes over 9 hours to dry a kingsize bed cover!!!! Do not buy, the vent is also really small so water and steam come from the back of it!!! Waste of money !!!

Nice looking machine filter a little awkward to get to, to clean Used only a couple of times there was a grinding noise after using the machine only a couple of times called sellers they swapped immediately with no quibbles at all being delivered today fingers crossed this one is ok

This is the worst tumbler I’ve ever had. Hose snapped after 19days, contacted seller, still waiting for a new one. They actually said “oh they do tend to do that, but normally last longer than 19 days”
It’s taken nearly 3 hours to dry a double cotton sheet, kept tangling & bunched up so every 20 mins had to untangle it as centre was still wet. Have ended up drying the rest of it over a radiator !!
The filter is in the back of the drum! What a crazy place to put it! Really stupid design. Very difficult to get to, unless you’re a contortionist, the instructions, once dismantled the 3 parts of it, you should hover it??? No mention of any of this in the item description, if there had of been I would never have bought this.
Only ever had them at the front of the drum in other tumblers, easy access for cleaning every time.
Overall I would certainly Not recommend this make or company ~~ look elsewhere
