    Sub Cold Viva 16
    Ordered Thurs night and delivered Sat afternoon. Tracker showed item was due the following week so a nice surprise. Item was securely packed but easy to remove.

    Cooler chills wine quickly and is pretty quiet. The compressor has about the same sound as a normal fridge. Temperature control is responsive and easy to use. It takes larger Prosecco bottles but it’s a bit of a squeeze.

    There is a levelling screw on the pads but if the floor is uneven it could cause vibration problems.

    This a well-made quality product a bit more expensive than some good value and a joy to use. It also chills snacks and small meals, but you have to seal them properly to avoid odours.

    Used for cooling cans.

    Works great until it can’t dissipate the heat fast enough, and instead sits there getting hot. For some reason whoever designed this thought it would be a good idea to dissipate the heat on the left and right side panels which basically have no real potential for that task.

    Instead, you end up with a fridge where the sides get toasty (that’s handy for cooling the stuff inside down isn’t it!) and i’ve seen the compressor sitting at over 65C whilst it busily fails at shifting any heat.

    (yes, the door is closed, seals are good and it has good ventilation, however ventilation is moot when your heat exchanger is behind a flat side panel with no internal airflow, purely relying on the case to cool)

    Oh and this is 46dB easy, not 41dB as claimed. Noisy.

    tl;dr: in my experience so far this fridge fails at being a fridge and is just a power draw for no benefit.

    28 bottle wine cooler, reasonable price, swiftly delivered, keeps to my chosen 12 degrees good for white rosé and red wines. LED interior light can be useful and switches on or off. Make sure you have required space all around the cooler, and a separate plug of its own (not an extension they say), mine came door right hinge which suits (unsure if can be left hinged, you can check). Not unduly noisy when it kicks in, fine in my study, not sure you’d want it in bedroom or maybe living area. Better shelving than my old one.

    I only had a small space available in my kitchen, but this fits perfectly on top of a sturdy chest of drawers, barely makes any noise at all and keeps beers and other drinks at a perfect temperature, ie very cold! It looks great, the reflective glass and internal light really looks smart and it looks much more expensive than it actually is! It has freed up my normal fridge for food and keeps our drinks perfectly chilled, which our normal fridge struggled to do when full of food as well. An excellent drinks fridge, that looks good and is a great price! Great buy!

    I turned my understair cupboard into a bar and wanted a smallish fridge that would look good, be easy to control, be quiet and hold wine and fizz bottles, as well as tins of tonic and this fridge does it all.
    The shelves are quite close together, so I removed one of the shelves to make room for the fizz.
    It was quite noisy when i first turned it on, which concerned me,
    but once it got to temperature it became almost silent.
    The door was misaligned when i unpacked it, so i emailed the company, they responded immediately with instructions of how to adjust it, which was very easy and now i have the perfect wine fridge for my bar cupboard.
    I would recommend.

    This fridge is great, considering that you can control the temperature to store red or white/rose wine. As we do not drink a lot of red, we prefer to use it just for them, so they can be stored for longer in the right position. Sometimes you can hear the noise of the engine, but as I had many small fridges before, they all do that, so can’t complain. And once it reaches the temperature, if it’s away from the sun or other appliances that produce heat, the engine will not be on so regularly.
    Overall, I do recommend, it’s a good fridge for the price and does fit all the 16 bottles.

    Perfect … mirrored glass door … cant see inside it until uou put the light on … one shelf loads large bottles of coke … bottom shelf us great for Tins, beer , gin mix , beer bottles… very quite,, love it comes with keys to lock it …
    Very pleased fitted under my counter like it was made for it …
    Very fast delivery… very pleased

    I read the reviews before buying and was concerned on two fronts. First noise and second temperature control, both said to be less than perfect. Well I’ve only had it 10 days but there really is no noise that is in anyway different to any other fridge, therefore perfectly acceptable. Whilst on temperature I’ve set it to 8 degrees C and my very accurate thermometer I’ve put inside says it is 7.8 C, so again very good.

    Now the look is just fabulous. See photos.

    One thing that does puzzle me though is that within the book of instructions it says to empty it and turn it off whenever you go away on holiday. Sorry, I’ve bought this to store my wines at the correct temperature which won’t happen if I take the bottles out as stipulated, particularly in times of high and low temperature.

    Only other negative comment within the reviews was some mentioned it only lasted two or three years. If that happens then it will have been a poor purchase, but until and if that happens I’m very pleased with this buy.
