    It’s great for someone who uses heat to style their hair regularly as it reduces heat damage compared to other heat appliances. It is extremely powerful, so it cut down my drying time to half, and also due to the attachments, I had smooth straight hair.

    Bought at Christmas broken by April £299 wasted and no help from seller other than “order is more than 30 days old”, so basically don’t buy anything from them if you dont want it to last more than 30 days

    Even though I had to break my back for this, and really justify why I need such an expensive Hair Dryer, its all worth it. Its a piece of art! Works flawlessly. I have thick hair, so it has made my drying so much easier. Ladies, save and get this one. You wont regret.

    It’s a great product, looks great and well designed — the best hair dryer I have used. It has three speed settings , four temperature settings and many attachments which may be useful for those who want to style their hair. It somehow feels that it treats the hair more gently than the standard Panasonic hair dryer I was using. Whether it’s worth paying 10-times the price of other hair dryers is another question.

    The dryer is good need standard to understand the product. I know it’s confusing as now the influencer are ruining the reviews by writting what is not true.
    Genuinely dryer is good for scanty hair and has standard as they provide all the required accessories it is very costly but it’s worth it.
    Hair is set for days till the time you shower.
    Shine and volume is good thing after use.
    Only thing that is negative is the price.

    No stars but couldn’t submit unless I chose one!!
    Bought December 2024, packed up working end of February 2025. We were informed by Dyson it was already out of warranty and that Amazon is not an approved supplier!! 😳😳
    I don’t doubt the quality of the product itself had it been brand new, but it must have been hanging around in the warehouse for a long time. Such a shame. Good job Amazon have agreed to a refund.

    Considering how expensive this is I was surprised to find the accessories are magnetic and the slightest knock and they fall off the hairdryer. I spend more time picking up the diffuser than actually drying my hair.
