Loaded and I expected it to be but really easy to use. Blends really well, Can have a thicker consistency or blend right the way down to a juice. A bit pricey Considering the price and the functionality. Is durable I like the grey colour As it matches the kitchen. Easy to clean Does what it supposed to

Was so glad when this turned up as it is glass, unlike the last one that was plastic. I haven’t used it yet but I know it will work as I have used these things for years and they work a treat. My last one I had for years somehow got broken hence a new one. I do Yorkshire pudding mix in this also. Love all my kitchen gadgets.

I did my research before I bought it. It makes wonderful smoothies quickly and isn’t too noisy. Really easy to use and solid. I like the glass jug. Great price. I would definitely recommend.
