Thought I’d take a chance for Black Friday. Mistake. Poor quality blender. Very first time I used it, it struggled to blend a chopped tomato sauce that had been cooking for nearly an hour. Very soft, cooked tomatoes. After a short while it stopped working and I could smell burning. Not the slight burning smell of a new electric motor, a concerning smell. Wouldn’t switch back on. Left the power on to see what would happen. Came back on 5 minutes later randomly and the burning smell came back. Tried it a second time with some fruits and milk for a smoothie the next. Exact same issue but the smell was worse and it got pretty hot. Never used it again. Going to return for the refund. Not sure it is safe to use.

Is blending. Looks stylish( despite plastic jar) but that about it. I think I received product that’s been previously returned by someone. Box was smashed and everything inside was mixed up, fortunately product wasnt damaged. Grinder won’t crush walnuts. Once you install a jar on bottom part of the blender it’s very hard to take it of once you finish blending. Maybe I get a faulty product but my jar won’t come off until i turn it around and twist it from behind. Something is wrong with how it’s designed. I am not happy and I wanted to return this product but finally I couldn’t be bothered. I would not recommend that blender as is too much hassle every time I do a smoothie.

It woks well but after the third use it is impossible to remove Jug from the base, but I did not register it at the time and I am afraid to use to much pressure to release the jug from the base. What is the answer ???

the only i complain delivery come open , and this isn’t good for me and also come before the time that i expected…. Next time if something else come open ill get money back.. m
