Bought this tv to go in our kitchen and I’ve been very pleased with it. I was slightly worried that the picture wouldn’t be all that great but have to say I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It’s sharp with very good black levels (definitely better than I expected) and I’ve had no problems watching it. It’s pretty easy to set up, although it takes a bit of time as you need to register an account the first time which I think is unnecessary, and the smart tv features look good and are very responsive. App support is pretty good, including a large number of built in free channels (including CNN in HD which I was happy to see since it dropped off freesat). Overall I’d definitely recommend it.

Bought this tv for my parents to use. The image quality is decent enough, as is the sound. It runs webos so if you’ve come across that on another LG tv it should be familiar enough. Once you’ve set the picture settings to something watchable (cinema) you can pretty much leave them alone.
The only downside is the tiny remote, which is far too small for the amount of buttons. The tv can use LG’s magic remote, which is a worthwhile investment if you aren’t very dextrous.
Other than that, it’s a tv, it’s relatively cheap, it seems well made and it’s easy to use the streaming services. What’s not to like.

Good sharp picture quality. No instructions included but not difficult to work out. Very good value.

Bought this for the mother-in-law for Christmas.
Worked straight out of the box and set up in 10 minutes.
Picture quality, colour, contrast, etc. we’re a big improvement on her 8 year old Samsung TV.
Also, it has all the latest apps (ITV-X etc.), which the previous TV was too old to upgrade to.
Sound from the small internal speakers was bright and clear.
Overall, very pleased and would recommend to others if they need a 32” TV.

If you search for an LG 32″ TV on Amazon, an early offering is the one sold by Amazon, model LQ3263. Trouble is, at the time of writing, this is only an HD Ready TV. Searching further, you get, for about the same price, this TV which, as others have noted, has no model number, but appears to be the same TV, but reviewers say is Full HD, so I opted for this.
First observation was the speedy delivery and excellent packaging by the supplier (in fact on initial removal of the bubble wrap, the cardboard suggested I had been sent a 32″ oscillating desk fan, but that was just extra packing!). Kudos to the supplier. This too turned out to be model 32LQ631COZA, as another reviewer has noted. Still, it claimed to be Full HD with all the extras I wanted, so it didn’t worry me.
The surprise came when I tried to register the product for guarantee purposes; the LG website didn’t find the product. I emailed LG and got a (prompt) reply the next day, which said that model 32LQ631COZA is:
“a Commercial Unit. You may contact our B2B Support to register the product directly on their system”
I have no idea what a ‘commercial unit’ is, but I tried the B2B website (after Googling) but no apparent way to register the product. I presume, therefore, the unit is guaranteed only under the more limited Amazon period. This is not necessarily a problem – many, including me, have LG TVs which have been working for years without issue – but you may want to consider this.
The TV itself is everything others have said about this model range, excellent value, good picture and features for the price, tiny buttons on the non-magic remote, setting up takes a while and no bolts for wall mounting (though any decent wall mount will include them). I have to agree that the lack of any useful manual is a negative, even the one you can download from the LG website; basically you are left to find out by trial and error, or look at online videos. In fact I still don’t know what a lot of the features are but, as my daughter says, I am a dinosaur in this day and age who mainly wants to watch the normal TV channels and a few catch-ups (interesting that on the very day I installed this, an item on BBC news reported that nearly 80% of viewing is similarly for the main terrestrial channels!)
It did pull in the Freeview HD channels and ticks all the boxes I wanted (eg FreeviewPlay, Bluetooth etc) so, all in all, I have no regrets about the purchase. It is an excellent TV – try to find one at a similar price that is Full HD and loaded with its features – but I will be slightly nervous for the next 12 months about anything going wrong.

The television is a good size for us and screen quality is very good.
Easy to operate, and so far we are very happy with it.

So far so good. Supplied very promptly and well packaged. The set was easy to set up and has a good picture quality , connecting to the internet as well. Remote control is rather small for my wife to use as she has rheumatoid arthritis and her hands don’t function well, but she can control the TV with the Humax handset which is much larger.
