Hotpoint Washing Machine was delivered ,But found the machine faulty ,which was reported immediately ,instead of replacing the Machine with the working machine ,they sent Hotpoint engineer ,who examined and remarked that spare parts need to repair the machine is out of stock . I want that instead of repair the machine should immediately be replaced.

Do not buy this washing machine. Mine was delivered 6 weeks ago. I’m on the third repair appointment for a leaking washing machine. Hotpoint send engineer after engineer and schedule repairs for a week after I contact them. Each time the engineer finds a fault, a common fault with the drawer is what the first one said. They believe it’s fixed and it’s not. The leak that was small is now 5 times as big. Customer service seems to be impossible to get hold off. I’ve been waiting for a call from them since Friday. I need a replacement machine, this machine is obviously faulty.

Great washing machine, nice load capacity, clothes come out drier the more you squeeze in, looks quite posh too being black, and the big fish bowl door, takes a while to get used to, as you think the button hasn’t worked, then you see the drum twitch to let you know it is about to burst into life, it has a very short wash time of 30 minutes, but only goes upto 40 degrees, so towels may need a longer wash, guessing it uses a little less power than our last machine as the electric bill has dropped slightly, would I buy it again? yes I would, great little machine, very quiet.

Nice big drum, lots of different settings but not complicated to use. Overall extremely pleased with it. Nice and quiet and great value at the price range.
