Damaged within 3 months- low quality. It’s been a month of constant phone calls, scheduling appointments for engineers to fix things. Wasted a couple of work holidays to fix this & it has not been fixed yet! Terrible service from Hoover.

Young lad was pleasant older driver very grumpy mumbled something when I asked for washing machine to be taken downstairs which must have been on a no we don’t do that theme as he spun in his heels and left , not the best delivery experience, Washing Machine is excellent

It’s a good washer-dryer at a reasonable price. It’s a shame door hinges are not standard on all machines. We had a Siemens before, which meant we had to re-drill the hinges in a different position.
