We just recently installed this item in our kitchen and it was pretty straightforward. The Wizard functions using the app on my iPhone was quite easy to set up. It gives me updates when I’m away, I can set it up to washer to drying as long as you’re connected to the internet. The app is good. It’s pretty quiet on all cycles and it doesn’t use much power which is great! So efficient and so effective.

A lot of things to take in consideration when you pick a washer dryer (that I had no idea prior buying this one). Alway had decent washer dryers, and that is why I can make a comparison with this one. So, one of the things that bothers me (ALOT) is that you can’t customise your own program, you have default programs pre-selected and that’s all you can do. I tried inclusively installing the app but It doesn’t let you build your own program. Huge downside for me. Another thing I didn’t know it made such a huge impact is the noise level. This one has a very high rating on the noise level that I paid no attention to… make not the same mistake, this machine makes a lot of noise. I could go on about it but this are the 2 main focus points on to why I wouldn’t recommend buying this washer dryer. No program customisation and the noise level of it.

This looks great, works nicely with not too much noise and is the best washing machine I’ve had. I need a tumble dryer so I use this regularly too. Much easier and nicer than having two separate units..

Lovely washer/dryer that has served my home for the past 2+ years, that sadly last november I found out it had lost access to the app, meaning that the product lost connection with WiFi, and all the functionality in the app was lost (service time, maintenance routines, etc.) without any kind of compensation of support from Hoover. It’s a shame because it would otherwise have a full 5 star review but softbricking products seems to be en-vogue nowdays….

I ordered this on January 30th and it arrived on February 2nd. On the March 9th the dryer stopped working. Great. A callout was scheduled for March 13th. I received a call on March 12th to the effect that the callout wouldn’t be possible and I would be contacted to arrange a resolution. Two days later and nothing, no call, text or email, not a peep. I wish I’d never set eyes on the thing and I now expect nothing less than to return it with a full refund ASAP. Never again will I make a major purchase on Amazon. Total letdown. Also after only a few weeks of use, the top is swollen with water ingress. Seems like it’s made of cheap cardboard. The hinges are plastic and very flimsy.

For only £420 it is a steal! Delivery man even wheeled it all the way to my kitchen, even though I bought no “add-ons”. Had to set up the washine machine, by removing the stablising plugs myself and also by putting the bottom on. easy to set up plug and play. Whole set up process took around 40 minutes. Would recommend.
