Never brought a washing machine (or item as big as this) on Amazon before, but was pleasantly surprised. The delivery company was incredibly professional, helpful, texting times of delivery as much as they were able.
The machine itself was so much better than our previous one. A person reviewing on here was complaining about noise- maybe they hadn’t taken the transit bolts off the back, as instructed. (Which, is for delivery purposes only) Our machine was so much quieter, and more efficient than the one it replaced.
