    Although the machine was as expected the installation service I paid £30 for was poorly carried out. Now I am being passed from pillar to post and already been given false info.
    So washing machine is fine but beware paying for installation service.

    I purchased this machine as it was the exact specs as my old Hotpoint and the bonus was the extra features such as varied spin speeds and cold water feed only and a display that gives you the cycle run times. I had paid for installation and removal of the old washer however the guys that came to do it made excuses for not doing it and I had to install myself. I did have the fee returned but I still have the old washer awaiting disposal. I have run it on different cycles and pleased it is quiet even on spin.

    I bought this product in May and has broken down twice in 6months the issue is with the belt which I found very strange. I have been trying to get someone to repair it again no one and just planning to look for a reliable replacement
    Please stay away from the product
