The ABZ amazing 3-layer air fryer rack with clipper & silicone feet is a cracking bit of kit if you’ve got a dual-drawer air fryer, and like to cook several ingredients at the same time. It’s essentially a set of three wire racks that you can stack inside the drawers, which is brilliant for cooking more food at the same time. Each individual rack is roughly (LxWxH) 8×5.12×1.58 inches, and when you add the feet, a single tray height increases to 2.76 inches.
Made from stainless steel, they feel pretty sturdy and they’re meant to be food-safe and rust-resistant. The design allows air to circulate all around the food, so everything cooks more evenly and seems to crisp up nicely. I especially liked using them for chips and chicken nuggets; stacking them meant they didn’t get all steamy and soft on the bottom. I also found them useful when I wanted to cook a few different things without them all ending up in a big pile.
It comes with little silicone feet that you pop on the bottom of each rack, and these stop them from slipping around and scratching the inside of your air fryer drawers. There’s also a clipper thingy included, and once I finished cooking, I used it to lift-up the front of the tray which made it a little easier to remove the trays from the drawer.
The only slight niggle is that being mesh, they can be a bit of a pain to scrub clean by hand, bits of food tend to get stuck in the little holes. However, the good news is that they’re dishwasher safe, and they came out sparkling clean after a cycle, so that’s a definite bonus for convenience. All in all, if you’re always trying to cram more into your dual air fryer, these stacking racks are a really useful addition
