Initially, I was ready to go all out and buy the Ninja Air Fryers which were much more extravagant and showy. I thought having the most ‘flashy’ air fryer would be the best option to buy. Especially since this was my first air fryer purchase. Having said that I realised it was quite a big commitment for a kitchen appliance I had never used before and for an appliance that I was not sure I would use in my daily cooking. For this reason, I decided to settle on this particular model and buy this product. Compared to the multitude of settings and complications you see on other air fryers, this product only has two settings: temperature and time. To be completely honest, that’s all I needed from my very first air fryer. After all, you don’t want to be overwhelmed! The dials are satisfying to use and the process of setting it up is quite simple – plug it in and you’re ready to go. The form factor of the air fryer is quite small and neatly fits away into almost any cupboard in my kitchen. My only gripe is that cooking times can be a bit longer than advertised on most food packaging (around 10-15 minutes rather than the advertised 5-7). I imagine a product with slightly more power could result in shorter cooking times.

Very handy to have two separate compartments. Easy to clean after use…and quite efficient. My only problem when I got it was it didn’t have an instruction booklet for the items pictured on the front of the fryer it is a bit of trial and error for me.

A little confusing to use

Very dissatisfied, I ordered one in may and it over heated and wouldn’t heat the food up then I got a replacement in July and now this one has over heated and started to melt the inside of the air fryer at the back and melted the front of the draw, the screws had come loose due to melted plastic and one of them fell out, the food was burnt, and it nearly caused a fire, will not be recommending this product to anyone. Pictures and videos to prove it

Instructions on how to use are unclear. Tells you to push start but no start button. Finally tried turning temp dial then minute button and turning dial. Sometimes it works, sometimes it goes back to temp and sometimes it will not come on at all. A waste of money.

I bought it like not even 7 days it’s not working properly and I can’t adjust the temperature it’s jam and not working while pressing the round temperature button ,you can see in the video one kind of sound it’s brand new
