I have bought this kettle in April 23, however I have noticed this summer that the paint started to come off and now also I see the silver line it is actually not that good of a quality as it is splitting in the middle. Not sure why it has been done like this way, but the kettle that is more then £50 worth should not last only one year. I had bought kettles from Morphy Richards for just over £30 pounds and it lasted longer then this one. Especially when only used lightly damp cloth to clean it.
Extremely disappointed with the quality. Also the leek on the nosel weirdly on one side – which shows that it has not been done well.
Stainless steel kettles should last much longer then what it is lasting at the moment. Just so annoyed with the quality and that so quickly it goes to waist! It shouldn’t be the case to fill our landscapes with more rubbish.

Classy and …..I think….energy efficient. Takes no time to boil and being steel holds the heat so you aren’t boiling water all the time. Very ergonomic and easy to use.

The quality on this is not as it should be. The trims are painted chrome, rather than being chrome, this starts to flake off at about 10 months. Got the first one replaced and then the same thing happened. It got to the point it cuts your finger as the chrome paint chips off and is sharp. We currently have electrical tape wrapped round to make it safe while we look for a replacement.
On the plus side it works well as a kettle.

A classy kettle that I bought for my mother as a house warming present as it matches the colour of the kitchen perfectly. Classy design and good build quality. Boils quickly and isn’t too noisy.

Lovely looking kettle, love it! Expensive though, not mod cons etc but good quality

Kettle ticks all the right boxes, quick boil, quiet, metal mesh filter. Would have got 5 stars if lid had been metal instead of plastic. Reasonable price for the quality.

Pours beautifully – have osteo arthritis in right hand but don’t have to worry about it slipping. Looks good too. Very happy with it.

Whilst the kettle is functionally good – I am appalled that with just over 1 years use (only 2 in the house and I use a coffee machine – so maybe it’s used 3 times max per day) paint is peeling off underneath spout! Paying around £60 for a kettle for it to such signs of deterioration at this stage is awful!!!
