Really pleased with this kettle. There are a lot of glass kettles out their and with lights but this one has adjustable pre-set temperatures as well as the straight boil. A different coloured light for each seperate temperature choice. I have never liked having to boil water for drinks and have often tried to switch it off prior to the boil as it can scorch coffee and ruin delicate flavours in tea. All I end up doing is leaving the drink to cool down and then forget about it until it’s too cold. This one can be set to switch off at 70, 80, 90 and 100 degrees. Now I can make a drink and drink it ! Do you think that might catch on, it should. Quality, price, size all good. It pours well, no dribbling. It looks super cool too.

The condensation never clears the glass body after use. This is both irritating and mysterious. Otherwise kettle boils fast and quiet.

Bought 11th February 2024 and only lasted 11 months – it stopped working on 3/1/25 – it still lit up but the heating element had a visible break so kettle was no longer able to heat the water. It had another intermittent problem prior to that too – from time to time the lid would flip open as the kettle reached the boil, so unless you were there to watch over it the kettle would just boil away filling the kitchen with steam. Definitely will not be buying another one.

This product is dangerous, the lid pops up whilst it’s boiling which then doesn’t switch off, and switches itself on randomly, I have to switch the plug off at the mains after using it for fear that it will switch itself on when I’m not home and even more the thought it starts a fire
