    Had to do downgrade to this 12v kettle after my new truck no longer had a 24v socket. The boil speed on this kettle is very disappointing even taking into consideration it’s a 12v kettle which are a little slower. Takes over 40 mins to boil in my truck even with the engine running.

    It also hold little dribble in the spout after use which can be messy. The slim profile does mean that it fits in a large cup holder which means you can hold it securely and on while driving so hopefully it’s boiled by the time you get into your destination. Overall I’m dissepointed compared with the 24v model.
