The kettle performs as it should. My personal opinion is that, the water level window being between the handle and the body of the kettle is a little awkward to see, when filling. Would give 4.5 stars .

Having suffered daily with a leaky kettle that managed to fill a mug yet also hit the surrounding work top that needed wiping up after every use I chose this kettle from the reviews..it has lived up to its promise.. I love the look , the fast boil ( I don’t mind it being noisy.. it’s so fast anyway) the blue light to show its on and most of all the gentle almost soundless way the water pours out..
