Love my new kettle. Looks good, works fast. It lost a star because it isn’t easy to see water level, it looks like water level is high but it’s not. This may be due to our hard water leaving marks. Love the temp level so I can see and set the heat level if I don’t want boiling. I would like to order the matching toaster but cant find it on amazon or any other stockist. I contacted Breville but not had a reply.

I have been scouring reviews trying to find a silent. Our old one beeped loudly at every possible opportunity. I could only find clear statements that kettles could be muted on £150+ models so I gave up and ordered this one. I was pleased to find that it does not beep much and when it does is quite quiet. Even better, a 3 second press of the power button totally silences it. Other plusses are the bar that shows how far through the heating process it is, the illuminating of the 80, 85, 90 and 95 degree buttons as it reaches those on its way to 100, and the display of the temperature of the water after the kettle turns off until it gets below 80. The only minus I have found, on early use, is that the minimum amount of 250ml does not come high enough in the kettle to show in the volume level window but I don’t think that will be a problem. I’m hoping it will keep working for a long time.

The kettle is easy to use, with touch buttons that have functioned flawlessly so far. I appreciate the removable cover and the reduced noise compared to my previous kettle. Given the price, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Some people expressed concerns about the metal exterior potentially being hot to touch. While this is true, I’ve never accidentally touched the hot surface due to the well-designed handle. Additionally, the removable cover is thoughtfully designed to prevent accidental contact with the hot areas. Overall, this kettle is a great value for the price.
Update: Still working well with no issues. I bought another one to use in my home country.

The kettle works well and looks good, but beware if you have problems lifting, it is quite heavy. Value for money is reasonable. For the record Breville products in the UK have nothing to do with the actual Breville company in the US. They are manufactured and marketed under a brand name licence. Real Breville products are marketed in the UK under the Sage brand.

This Kettle is Great, It looks classy and boils fast. I did write a full review but a slip of my fingers and lost it and I think I boiled faster that the kettle did. Majority of the other reviews tell you exactly how great the kettle is, so I wont bore you all by repeating the same words. BUT, I do feel I should add, that this kettle is NOT a thin Flimsey made product. When empty its heighty, once full to its limit its !Heavy!, so if you have strength issues in your hands and wrists even possibly shoulders this kettle may not be a wise buy for you. Out of 10, I give this kettle a strong 8.9

I couldn’t be happier with this kettle! The stainless steel design is sleek and way better than plastic—feels more durable and just gives a cleaner, higher-end look. I love that I can choose the exact temperature I want, whether it’s for tea, coffee, or anything else. It boils incredibly fast and even keeps the water warm afterward, which is super convenient.

Purchased after returning previous kettle, as it set off the circuit breaker trip switch. Very happy with purchase so far. Looks great & works well. Noise level is quite acceptable as is the minimum level for water. Only negative is that it is impossible to empty the kettle completely without contorting it to a funny angle but that is a minor irritant. Hoping the good performance continues.
