    This kettle looks nice, but its so hard to open the lid, only strong people can do it, also water gets cold very quickly, I wouldn’t buy again, very disappointed .

    It doesn’t state anywhere that this kettle will have a UK power adapter. I have Dualit products with AU power adapters. This was purchased from Amazon AU website but has a UK adapter. I have to return it.

    I’ve used this daily now for 3 years. Maybe it’s just getting a little slower, maybe just me. Can’t fault it though really. One advantage over the kettles which are painted or with chrome trim I’ve had is that it still looks as new. Recommended.

    This is our second Dualit kettle, and we only replaced the old one because the cover of the electric lead had become damaged when too near the cooker…our fault, nothing wrong with the kettle.
    Efficient and fast boiling. Looks clean and sleek.
