Lovely design but the on/off button is in rather nasty cheap plastic, unlike the neat metal lever-style on a previous model I bought a few years back (although the colour has faded in sunlight). Also the water level is very hard to see.

This is the second kettle of this make I have had and, it is very similar to the first one purchased 10 years ago, it is just as good except, the water measure is very difficult to see clearly, unlike the previous one.

Dislikes. Very, very noisy, you can’t see the water level, the outside gets really hot & would burn if touched, you can only see the on light at night & the handle is very rough to hold. Likes. It pours really well.
