I’ve had to return 2 of these in 5 days the reason both toasters had the same defect no spring in the right hand side so toast was unable to pop back up plus even though both sides were on the same setting the right hand side burnt the bread whilst the left side was ok. The 1st toaster also had wires showing in the lift panel. In summary do yourself a favour and try a different make. For the price a total waste of money. The reason why it took 5 days for me to realise it didn’t work was it wasn’t needed straight away

Needed a wide mouth toaster for bagels and buns. This looks great in our kitchen in a beautiful safe green shade.
It’s digital and settings allow multiple settings in each side.
Both my husband and I have allocated a side each to keep our settings how we like our individual toastiness!

Absolutely rubbish cant get both sides to work at the same time.Wires showing definitely not worth the price only had it a couple of weeks going to have to buy a decent one what a waste of money

I like that it’s nice and compact and has a good range of toast settings. The timer is very, very handy and the slots are wide enough for bagels.

I am pleased with the toaster, although l believe that the slots for bread should be deeper, as the top part of bread isn’t toasted.

I’m returning this toaster. The width of the slots are too short to take a slice of the bread we use (Tesco own brand) and are too shallow to fully toast the bread when turned round, leaving only partly toasted bread. Apart from the above, the toaster seemed fine but not being able to toast a full slice of bread makes it useless to me.

The product feels cheap and plastic also it came with wires showing in front levers and the price of 59.95 is not worth this price at all and so I returned and would not consider this brand again as quality checks visually are questionable if they do, so very disappointed, hope this helps.
