The toaster looks good and so far so good I’ve no complaints. I do agree with the person who said that the knobs used to press down and hold the slices of bread look a poor quality and therefore let it down.

What was this company thinking of when designing this, a power cord front side of toaster so it has to trail down the side, big cheap and light weight plastic levers , I have had a toaster from this brand for years and always trusted there quality, now it’s all about profit if they can get away with it, shameful, DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL, you will send it back trust me.

Really easy to use, I suppose only time will tell how it holds up for everyday use.
So far, it has been reliable, perfect browning coverage on your toasting needs compared to other brand and I’ve paid a considerable amount more for others previously.
The pull down levers are quiet and don’t require forcing to lock into place to cook.
There are plenty of functions on the toaster, with 5 heat settings and a defrost function.
Both sides of the toasters can be controlled separately, so one does not depend on the other to work.
The heating elements do not make a buzzing sound, which I have noted on other toasters previously.
The overall look of the toaster can compliment any kitchen, it’s compact and stylish.
