I needed a toaster for my new apartment and kitchen.
What a lovely bit of design, there is also an LED strip light at the side centre of the body and illuminates when the toaster is on.
Another feature is the tongs on the side to pick up the toast.
Very well built and toasts bread efficiently and quickly.
I also bought the matching kettle to this.
Highly recommended as a set.
Both look fabulous in the kitchen.

Beautiful design but operating it is a bit tricky. By that I mean we have really had to work out how to obtain perfect toast and crumpets. However, all is well now and we love our new toaster.

For people hunting for a toaster that toasts large bread slices like Warburton’s Toasties etc, this toaster does the job without any bread poking out the top.
When toaster first arrived, it managed to burn every piece of toast that went in it, even on the lowest setting. I was on the verge of sending it back, but after a week or so this problem disappeared and it now makes the perfect slice of toast on setting 3.

That’s the second time I’ve bought this model of toaster from Russell Hobbs. It is the last time – both toaster no. 1 and toaster no. 2 only lasted about 2 years. Blow that for a lark – I’m off to check out other makes. Thanks a bunch Russell Hobbs that your toaster blew the electrics in my house and that cost me £50 for an electrician callout to sort it.
