Arrived with one side not working, finding it impossible to find the manufacturer’s contact info to discuss a refund – as requested by Amazon. Why Amazon takes no responsibility for this is beyond me.

Toaster died today… 54 weeks after purchase. No way I would buy again.
And as others have said it’s also slow.

Thought this would be a good purchase, but when opened and plugged in, only the left section for 2 slices was working. The right section did not work. The tray would not lock down. On careful visual inspection through the frontal aperture, it was clear there were parts missing. I would have thought this item would only have left manufacturing after a thorough quality check.
