Bought this and thought it would be great, but it was sent from the UK so the plug wouldn’t work in Australia. To Amazon’s credit they gave me a full refund. So I was happy to get my purchase but sad that I couldn’t use it. Amazon might need to be mindful of this if they are dispatching from Europe to Australia.

Nice size, it’s very light. It does not feel as good quality as the one it’s replaced. Takes a long time to toast. Works but just OK.

This toaster has to be one of the worst ones I’ve bought for the company over the past 15 years. Even on 6, it takes ages to toast anything and then it’s still not done. I have to put crumpets on three times, on 6, and they’re still not even brown. Bread takes twice to do on the highest heat. The previous one we had wasn’t at all expensive (Sainsbury’s own brand – £15) and that was brilliant. I am very disappointed with this as being Russell Hobbs and costing £35, I expected a lot better. It’s also very flimsy – not sturdy – and the controls are cheap. I suggest looking at other toasters instead of this one.

Bought to replace my Russel hobs toaster that decided not to work after 10 years. This toaster looks nice is slightly smaller then my old one. It has 6 settings for colour of toast but to get a nice colour I have to have it on 6 ,it’s not as good as my old one but will do.
