The Essex Lady –
This dryer comes in a beautiful box and would make a great gift. The dryer itself are wrapped in paper too which is bit of overkill but adds to the quality feel. You first notice that the power cord is very long which makes using it easy but would add weight (and bulk) when travelling to an already fairly heavy unit. The attachments snap on magnetically and can be rotated which is very cool. Once plugged in it is simple to use with two buttons for heat and speed with cool LEDs to display the levels. It Is nice and powerful and really does a good job drying hair with minimal heat damage, great for those with a bit of frizz. It folds away nicely too so all in all a very good product if you can afford it.

I had a good hair dryer so it would take something a bit special to impress and thankfully that was just that. It’s a nice, ergonomic, T-shape that isn’t very heavy which might be an important consideration, and fits in the hand nicely. The magnetic tools are very clever and save the annoyance of trying to clip and unclip accessories without breaking the main unit. The real impression is from the power when switched on: it gave a slight floating feel when directed at the floor which shows it has plenty of strength. Yet when this is applied to hair it is somehow subtle and feels much less damaging than a traditional hair dryer. Despite this, drying time on wet hair is so much quicker and more even – I imagine those with long hair will love the balance of weight, power and kindness to target. It’s even less distracting when I use it after washing the dog – he seems moderately more chilled out by it.

The dryer itself is heavier than my current dryer and so not as comfortable to use. It does have a good length lead which is handy. It folds for storage or travel.
It’s expensive at £149.99 and it doesn’t perform any different to my current dryer that was half the price.
It does come nicely packaged that gives it an expensive feel but it’s not a branded product. I think it’s overpriced.

Deluxe packaging. Easy to operate. Comfortable to handle. Very gentle to our curly hair. Been using this for weeks now and much prefer this to our old hairdryer. The heat is gentle and dries hair faster without frizz. My son hates our old drier necause it’s so noisy but this doesn’t bother him because it less noisy. Foldable, compact and travel friendly. The attachments are magnetic and so effortless to attach and remove. i can highly recommend. Perfect for gifting.

Enigma Revelation Hairdryer
I had a magic airstyler bought as a gift for Christmas, but it blows as much air as a gnat passing wind, so when the opportunity came to try this hairdryer, I was really looking forward to it.
The hairdryer arrives in a very nice box, with a magnetic flap to close it. It will certainly make a great gift for someone special. It comes with 3 magnetic attachments, two different blow drying nozzles and a diffuser, and everything inside is extremely well wrapped and protected. In fact it took a good while to unwrap it all. I was very impressed with all the packaging, and also with the length of the wire. The hairdryer has 3 speed and 3 heat settings, which you can change by pressing the buttons on the side, with those settings clearly showing on the lcd screen on the side of the unit. Another great feature of this hairdryer is that it’s three attachments are magnetic, so there’s no fiddling about trying to get them on and off. It’s easy peasy. It also twists at the handle for easy storage and travel.
I was literally blown away by this hairdryer. I absolutely love it. At the time of writing this review, it cost £139.99. I am more than happy to recommend this hairdryer.

This is very impressive. It comes beautifully presented in a high quality box along with 3 different attachments that clip on magnetically. Buttons on the side adjust the heat and speed and this is indicated clearly on an LED dial. The power cable is plenty long enough and the hair dryer runs really quite in comparison to a normal hair dryer. I like the way the handle twists parallel to the body, which makes it quite compact for putting in your case for holidays.
