Really liked this headset but – as happened to another person – after 4 months it started cutting out in the middle of meetings and was no longer able to be used. There was no sound / tone associated with it cutting out, so you were faced with people not being able to hear you. A disappointment because i liked the fit and feel and sound quality.

45 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time on a full charge. This should provide you with all-day efficiency, especially with just a weekly charge of 2 hours.
Earbay provides excellent value for money. Calls made using Teams, Zoom and online telephone at work are clear, and the Bluetooth connectivity is quick and effective. The headset charges in just 2 hours and offers 45 to 50 hours of usage. They are comfortable to wear all day, with rubber ear pieces that block a lot of surrounding sound, although they are not noise-cancelling for me. However, the microphone does have a noise-cancelling feature, which effectively blocks background noise for the customers I am dealing with. Overall, this product provides superb value, extreme comfort, great battery life, and a stylish design that is quick and easy to connect. A fantastic product at a fantastic price! This is my independent review, rated 5*.

So the battery life is not as long as advertised but it rarely is with headsets on amazon and it is still quite decent honestly. The mic quality could be better but is pretty decent for a mic in this price range and I have no issues with it. My biggest issue is with distance. I can’t get my headset to stay connected unless I am right up at my PC. My bedroom is very small and i cant cross it to grab something for a second without it disconnecting. It’s range is pretty bad. It also makes the audio coming from my pc sound weird if im watching a movie whilst also on discord. The call will be fine but the movie will sound kind of like a phone call. One last thing that I’m not too happy about, and this is probably just me showing the world that I have no social life, but the ears are not very comfortable after a long period of time. Making them bigger or thicker padding would help.

Headset is so comfortable and the sound is great. I use it for conference calling for work, sometimes there is background and I apologise on the call but people tell me they can’t hear any background noise so the noise cancelling on the headset is superb!! Love the Rose gold colour as well…..its a great purchase.
