   I decided to sell these after a period of extended use. My opinions below still hold at the price I paid, but I decided I wanted something with more effective ANC and volume. Going to save up for a more premium model from Sony/Bose most likely.

   THE GOOD

   – comfort: I found the ear cushions and fabric covered headband very comfortable. I wear glasses and was fine wearing these on my 1 hour commute. I think they might be a bit hot/sweaty in the summer, and for longer listening sessions I imagine the pressure on my glasses means I’d need a break every couple of hours.

   – sound: I think these sound great, you get various EQ presets which you can adjust or create your own. I liked the out of the box sound signature but actually for most music I listen to (hip hop, grime) I use the ‘club’ preset and it works really well.

   – battery: these last ages, even with ANC. You can also use them wired too (and still have ANC if you have battery available) which is great.

   – physical controls: I much prefer solid, clicky, physical controls as they are much more reliable in my experience. These ones are decent and easy to get hang of.

   THE BAD

   – BT connection: I sometimes find the BT connection a bit glitchy in busy areas. Doesn’t happen with my other BT devices so not sure why this is….

   – case: these come with a minimally padded drawstring carry bag, which is fine but a hard case would have been preferable to me and others at this price point do include them…

   – ANC: the noise cancellation is only average here, fine for the price I paid (£96) but there may be better options if ANC is a priority for you. The ANC is also not adjustable.

   – volume: my biggest disappointment is that I find these a bit weak at low volume. Feel that I have to push these up to about 75/80% volume otherwise they sound a bit ‘thin’. They sound noticeably better to my ears above 70%. I’m using an iPhone XR so don’t know if this is just to do with my set up? I don’t notice any volume difference between using these wired or wireless either.

   OVERALL

   I will keep these. For the price point of just under £100, I think they sound really good and have good enough ANC for my purposes. If you want headphones with better ANC, or are concerned about volume, you may want to look elsewhere.

   Casque JBL live 660nc pratiquement identique à JBL Live 770NC, le seul changement point de vue puissance de 0,5 par rapport à l’ancien modèle. Personnellement je vous recommande ce Casque avec la réduction de bruit, le réglage que vous pouvez faire pour avoir un son pure. Maintenant je sais qu’il y a des plus hauts gammes ou j’ai déjà trouvé mon bonheur. Mais Personnellement pour un Casque à tester sincèrement je lui mets 10 pour la qualité du matériel, le son, etc. Je ne pense pas trouvé mieux dans cette gammes de prix. Je suis agréablement surpris. Je vous tiendrai informé de l’évolution du Casque.

   Bu kulaklıktan önce Live 460 modelini başka bir online site aracılığıyla almıştım.Anc mod bozuk yollardan geçerken aşırı derecede müzikte ses bozulması yaratıyordu.İade ettim ve kabul oldu.Tekrar daha üst model olan Live 660 aldım.Yaklasik 3-4 gün kullanım sonuçlarimi paylaşıyorum,

   Anc mod:Kusursuz değil, aşırı bozuk yollardan geçerken hafif ses bozulması yaşatıyor.(Modu kapattığınızda herhangi bir sorun oluşmuyor)Genel olarak işlevini yerine getiriyorPuanim:7/10

   Dışarıya ses verme olayına gelirsek,ev gibi bi ortamda yanınızdaki kişi dışardan rahat bi şekilde duyabilir.Fakat dışarıda,toplu taşımada kullandığınız da son ses seviyelerinde rahatsız edeceğini pek düşünmüyorum ama yinede yanınızdaki kişinin hiç bi şekilde rahatsiz etmek istemiyorsanız 1-2 diş kısık dinlemenizde fayda var.8/10

   The headphones are nice and snug, blocks outside sound, I use these with tidal and the quality shines through, lovely sound
   I’ve paid a lot more and got less from other more expensive brandsthese are a great product at affordable price, worth buying

    These headphones are excellent. I tried some more expensive large name brand ones before and had many issues with them but these are so comfortable for the extended time i wear them ( almost all day everyday), the noise cancellation is excellent and covers the neighbours dogs barking. I haven’t found the aware mode helpful as if using it outside it whistles a lot. the normal mode is pretty noise cancelling too, very good noise isolating fit.
    great size adjustability and the battery lasts ages and charges very quickly.
    overall very good headphones and very good value for money.

    I’ve been using the JBL Live 660 headphones for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed! The sound quality is fantastic—crisp highs, deep bass, and overall balanced audio. The noise-cancelling feature is also a game-changer, especially in noisy environments like coffee shops or during flights. Paired up with JBL’s app on the playstore or Apple store, you can adjust the Ambient Sound Controls (such as Noise cancelling, Ambient aware, and Talkthru modes). It can also be paired with Amazon Alexa and Siri as voice assistant. There is also an option to adjust the equalizer via the app (Jazz, Vocal, Bass, Club, Studio, and Custom).

    The battery life is another highlight. I easily get over 40 hours of listening time (depending on how much ANC was used), and the fast-charging option is super convenient when I’m on the go. The design is sleek, and the white color looks clean and modern. They’re comfortable to wear, with a snug fit that doesn’t feel overly tight. That said, as other reviewers had pointed out, I noticed after about an hour or two of use, my ears feel a bit warm and a little sweaty especially in Summer. That being said, It’s not a dealbreaker at all, but something to keep in mind for someone who may live in a more humid climate. Reviewers also mentioned that using these and working out in gyms causes the music to pause / stop if the headphones is shifted off the ears. I just wanted to mention that downloading the JBL app on your phone and disabling the auto-pause feature when headphones are removed can assist with this during gym sessions.

    They offer premium features at a very reasonable price (especially on promotion), making them a great choice for casual listeners and audiophiles alike.

    I’d give it 4.8 out of 5.0 (For it’s original RRP, I personally would like it more if it had included a headphone case instead of just a bag to protect the headphones during travels)
