Arrived on time. I have only used it once. It’s easy to use, light enough. It works fine on very thin/soft material, but not so good on thicker stuff. If I remember I think in the description section it said it will cut up to 10mm, if it does it does it and no more. At the end of the day it does do what I bought it for.

The performance of it so far proves to be really good, it cuts the hedges as I have expected and considering that it’s cordless and I don’t have to plug it makes it practical. Nothing to dislike about this product. Good battery, sturdy construction, easy to use, perfect 👍

First off I had a slight issue without the product but this was resolved through customer service which I was more than happy with.
The trimmer itself is lightweight and easy to use, beings cordless it’s so versatile, no awkward cables or heavy engines, just pick up and get cutting.
Battery life is excellent and it’s not at all noisy, no ear defender’s needed.
I’ve attached photos of my hedges and a few bushes, just a small sample of what’s in my garden.
The trimmer performed perfectly and cut with ease, even on thicker foliage as seen in one photo (finger thickness). The double sided cutters make trimming a breeze.
I believe it’s good value for money and is a solid machine which will give many years of service.

I bought this to replace a battery operated hedge-clipper from another manufacturer that had given good service over many years, but whose rechargeable batteries were now storing less and less charge.
With regards to weight, I think the new clipper is slightly heavier than the old one, but then the batteries were lighter, so overall there was no real noticeable change.
A major factor in this purchase was the fact that it came complete with two batteries and a recharger.
I was pleased to see that the charger had a red and green light to indicate when the charge was complete, my old one lacked that feature, and you had to pretty much guess how well it charged by the time you left it in. So that was a major plus.
I had a couple of hesitant tests to slide the batteries into the charger, and on to the clipper, but happily found it easy to do.
On the safety side, this clipper has an extra safety feature that my old one lacked. Whilst my previous clipper would not function until you had both hands on the machine, and well away from the moving parts, this clipper has an addition button that must be compressed by your hand the holds the trigger. Initially, I had to get used to it, but soon found it did not cause me any difficulty, and it reinforces safety, as you cannot operate the clipper unless both hands are safely on it.
After delivery, I put the batteries on charge, and was pleased to find they went from red, (charging), to green (ready). Within 20 minutes, although whether there was an initial charge in the batteries I could not say.
Operationally, I found it very effective, a far better cutter, (the blades being new), and after cutting two decent sized hedges, found I still had plenty of charge left in the first battery, and I did not need to use the second.
The only slight drawback was the sheathe that covers the blades. My old one was quite rigid, and easily slid over the blades, this one is slightly more flexible, and requires a little more jiggling to get it on.
Overall, very happy with my purchase, and I hope to get as many years out of it as my old one.
If you are looking for a cordless clipper with two batteries, and no hassle, I am happy to recommend this to you.

Arrived and I was impressed. Fully assembled in box and two batteries & charger as described. Purchased in winter so I’m ready for spring. Seems all fine. Similar to my old one. Not too heavy. Time will tell but I’m happy so far.

The battery life is good. I recommend buying an extra battery so you can carry on with the job whilst the other battery charges.
