I bought this hedge trimmer for my use. Although it is described as light weight. I found it far too heavy. There was no shoulder strap in the box. My son manage to cut the hedge using the hedge trimmer. It cuts well and cuts tall hedges
Jonathan Bagley –
Similar to a standard hedge trimmer but with an extendable pole! The power unit is at the bottom of the pole and when the pole is at it’s full length is a bit awkward to use! Happy I bought though and at a great price. At time of purchase, consumer group Which put it second of all telescopic hedge trimmers behind no1 which was around £450!

Brought for hubby to make hedge cutting easy. It is quite heavy but it is really good at doing its job

So we have a long conifer at the back of our garden , this is not ours but the people that live at the back have not botherd cutting it I try to keep it trim on our side but I can’t reach the top ! So I ordered this after reading reviews , first had trouble fitting together as the metal did not mesh with the peg ! Then went to plug in and nothing ! Tried with extension cord first nothing then tried without to see if it was that ! But no ! Nop power at all , so disappointed and shall just carry on using a ladder don’t waste your money on this !

Quick delivery and great quality.
Easy to assemble and easy to use.
Great length. I cut two 100 ft hedges in 3 hours
I would definitely recommend it
Anthony Walker –
Excellent value but quite heavy for older gardeners when extended fully

Overall good product but very heavy for me to use for more than about 10 minutes

Cuts the hedge. Somewhat heavy and awkward to use, but what’s the alternative? Sometimes you need a tool like this to get the job done, and it’s much better than balancing and stretching over on ladders – and gets the job done a lot faster. I was pleased with how easy it was to trim our bushes with this tool, and happy to recommend it. eSkde (great name btw) seem to have skimped a bit on the blade sheath, it’s thin plastic (think “poly pocket”) and is already ripped to bits after a couple of uses, I would have expected a hard plastic sheath.
