It’s pretty heavy and isn’t that powerful. It feels like a lot harder work than my old corded one. Also, I didn’t realise from the description that you can only use it with the extendable handle on, which is great for stuff that’s far away but a bit awkward for stuff you need to get closer to. However, it’s necessary for the height and depth of my hedge, and it does that function really well. Its definitely made my life easier, I was just hoping for more.

I did some extensive research before purchasing the Netta. I was particularly looking at weight and design, cable or battery. This model was the lightest I found at 2.55kg. I am an average female, the weight was really good, I was able to extend it and trim trees in my garden well, I did get tired when reaching but managed it well. Even up a ladder it felt ok. It angled well, the battery lasted. It’s not the most powerful battery compared with others but like many products, this served purpose for my garden. I did find that a slow and steady pace worked well, it didn’t like branches/thick stems above about 6mm, perhaps there’s a knack to it?
Pros: light (you really don’t want it any heavier), good for small/med gardens. battery seemed good.
Cons: battery takes 3h to charge. Doesn’t like 14mm branches as product claims. Would have liked it to extend a bit more!
Overall very happy with purchase.

Was looking for a lightweight hedge trimmer I could wield with a dodgy shoulder. This one is one of the lightest I could find. Works great, but is pretty end heavy when fully extended. The full extended reach is further than expected too. Do wish battery lasted longer or came with a spare -lasts maybe 25 mins of cutting but does charge pretty quick.
