Besides coming with no oil and requiring assembly, it mowed my lawn fine. The swivel wheels are a gimmick and don’t make much real difference. The plastic ‘teeth’ guides on either side of the body are flimsy and came off on one side on the first use.
Worst of all, the throttle bar bent under it’s own pressure from the throttle cable, so now I have to push the damned thing around! The engine seems decent (it’s not, see edit), but overall, this is a poorly made product that broke within two uses. One to avoid.
Update: The whole mower has now stopped working mid use after just 4 uses. Power dropped to nothing then it just died. Fuel, spark plugs and air filter all fine. No excuse for this abomination of a product. An unapologetic affront to customers.

Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos, wie ich es bei dem Preis erwartet habe. Durch den Transport sind auch keine Beschädigungen entstanden.

Die Montage des Rasenmähers ist mit wenigen Schritten verbunden und benötigt daher auch nur einige Minuten. Nach dem Zusammenbau müssen dann nur noch die Betriebsstoffe, wie das mitgelieferte Motorenöl eingefüllt werden, sodass man gleich mit dem Rasenschnitt beginnen kann.
Beim ersten Starten benötigt der Motor etwas mehr Züge bzw. Pumpstöße, bis das Benzin in der Brennkammer ankommt und die Leitungen befüllt sind, ist aber ganz normal.
Danach startet der Rasenmäher immer direkt, mit einem Seilzug.
Auf den ersten Blick scheint Mäher nicht wirklich günstig, allerdings muss man sich die Details ansehen. Dieses Gerät bietet viele zusätzliche Eigenschaften, die günstigere Modelle nicht besitzen.
Ich beginne mal mit dem B&S Markenmotor, der die Abgasnormen der EU erfüllt und leiser ist, als unser alter Mäher.
Außerdem ist der OHV Motor leistungsstärker, als die alten. Der Filter kann ohne Werkzeug entfernt werden und ist bereits eingeölt, um den Vergaser zu schützen.
Das Außergewöhnlichste sind meiner Meinung nach die Lenkrollen, durch die die Front des Gehäuses bei Kurven nicht angehoben werden muss.
Auf diese Lenkung gibt es 5 Jahre Garantie und sie lässt ich auch fixieren, sodass die Rollen, wie bei einem gewöhnlichen Mäher, nur gerade laufen.
Der kleine Mäher hat einen Radantrieb, der bei den billigen meist Modellen meist fehlt. Die Mulchfunktion mit seitlichem Auswurf findet man immer öfter. Gefällt mir gut und wurde von mir als erstes eingesetzt, da ich das Gras verrotten lassen will, um die Nährstoffe nicht zu verlieren.
Der Auffangkorb hat eine Füllstandsanzeige, die den Motor entlasten, da das Gras sich nicht bis zum Mähwerk staut.
Das die Klinge extrem scharf ist und saubere Schnitte ermöglicht, versteht sich von selbst. Das Reinigungssystem funktioniert ebenfalls ganz ordentlich und auch nicht bei jedem Rasenmäher enthalten. Jedoch sollte man den Mäher nicht zu lange verschmutzt stehen lassen, da sonst viel Wasser benötigt wird, um das Gehäuse zu säubern. Für die Reinigung muss der Motor laufen, damit die Klinge das Wasser verteilt.
Die Dosenhalterung und die Schnellspanngriffe sind natürlich auch äußerst nützlich 😉

Really impressed with the unit. Pretty easy to build with two handle bars to fit then 2 quick release fittings and away it’s can go!
Looks pretty substantial and love the drinks holder ( bob on for a pair of cans whilst cutting the grass)
Only down side. NO ENGINE OIL IN BOX!! Meaning I haven’t fired it up as it arrives dry. Ordered 1l 30sae but a 3year warranty i think I’d be hard pushed for a claim. And 5 year for wheels which work really well for out tight spaces.

Fantastic buy. I’m a smallish woman and can use this mower effortlessly in a large garden. The rotating wheels make it so easy to manoeuvre. Really easy to assemble by myself.

Strong construction with excellent cut and grass pickup. Self propelled function is fab which takes any effort away.
ONLY issue is size of collection box as needs emptied quite a lot but this is a very tiny issue.

I was worried that this looked a little tacky/gimmicky when ordering but my fears were put at ease on arrival.
Superb bit of kit – and easy to put together.
I recently bought a Mountfield SP of the same power etc and this Nax Power is far far superior.
The wheels one the front is a great feature, they can be locked in place or released to allow for amazing maneuverability in tight spots and corners.
The wash out feature is so good as well – just attach the hose and run the mower for a bit and cleans it up well.
The height setting is great and feels like it goes higher than the Mountfield which is handy over rougher ground.
The grass collector looked small which I was initially worried about but it really throws in it there.
Compact mower overall which is great for storage.
Even has a cup holder.
Make sure you have a mower oil to fill up with when unboxing. The oil reservoir is also placed so well compared to others I’ve used which have been a nightmare to get oil into without a suitable flexi-funnel. This one very easy and clear on the dipstick.
Will update after a few more outings but so far, very good.

Excellent, attention il faut ajouter de l’huile avant utilisation selon la notice, démarre très bien, j’ai tondu 6 ares en 1 heure, sur terrain qui n’est pas plat, non pas du gazon mais de l’herbe et mauvaises herbes hautes de 40 cm, c’est passé comme du beurre, très satisfait.

I love this lawnmower. It was easy to assemble and came with a comprehensive set of instructions. Once set up, it’s simple to start and provides a nice, close cut. You can quickly adjust the height. The best feature is that the front wheels can be unlocked, allowing you to swivel around easily or avoid obstructions. It’s power-driven, so I only have to start it up, walk behind it, guide the lawnmower, and, of course, empty the grass.
What was a chore is now a pleasure, especially at this price.

This NAX Lawn Mower has many of the features that even the most expensive Lawn Mowers should have but don`t, Swivel Castor Front Wheels, Fixed or Swivel, Side Vent for Mulcher, Plug to Main Chute, Hose Pipe connection for Self Wash, ease of Maneuverability, quieter than average Exhaust, and is excellent value.
However, the Manual leaves much to be desired, note that there are 2 English Language sections, Pages 4-9, and then 40-47, you do need to read both and know that they are there.
Some of these Lawn Mowers are delivered with Residual Oil, and some are With Oil, you need to ignore all such advice and purchase Oil SAE 30 with your Lawn Mower and then Test fill, a bit at a time, if it takes anymore than a small amount then your Lawn Mower has effectively NO OIL.
Why they should should send out any Lawn Mower with NO OIL in, only Residual Oil, I cant imagine !!!
Wary of what they say reference Oil Changes at 5 Hours and 25 Hours we investigated after 1 Hour, and found there to be excessive wear in the engine, which is obviously manufactured with high tolerances, not low as they should be, the grey sludge you see in the Pics attached and Others too have photographed show this wear, the sludge is Metal from inside the engine.
We changed the Oil 3 times, ran the Lawn Mower for a few minutes, change and change again, 3 times before the Oil ran clear, and will change it again after 1 hour.
This is not good enough.
This is 2025, this is a well designed Lawn Mower, Briggs and Stratton should have done better.
