I purchased a set of these to replace the rear wheels on my Hayter Spriit 41. The original wheels had fallen apart again and again. I’d done several things to repair them, but eventually the entire centre of one completely wore away. They seem designed to fail. Original replacement wheels were more than £20 each. I had no intent of spending over £40 for something that has already broken repeatedly. The strain of constantly turning the mower to get around the many nooks in our garden is more than the metal bushing system in the original wheels can handle.
The Oregon 175mm wheels with the supplied black coloured bushings fit perfectly. With the white hub cap installed one of the wheels wouldn’t turn very well, so I just left that hub cap off as it is only cosmetic. I can’t vouch for how long these wheels will last, but the plastic bushing system seems to be better than the metal one in the original wheels. If nothing else, these wheels are half the price of the OEM replacement wheels for this mower.
Summary: These wheels fit, they function and they cost half the price!

Parfait pour remplacer les roues avant de la tondeuse qui étaient abîmées. Plusieurs bagues sont fournies pour s’adapter au diamètre de l’axe des roues. Les roues sont solides, après plusieurs utilisation de la tondeuse aucun souci.

Nice wheel, and a very fair price. Comes with a range of bushes for different axles, but the one that fits the Mountfield axle is too deep, so there isn’t enough space to get the nut on. Need to cut the bush(es) down to be able to fit the nut on the end of the axle thread.

Perfect Solution. I have an Outback BBQ which has two plastic wheels at one end to enable it to be shifted around. The hubs on these wheels quickly break under the load and are expensive to replace and difficult to source. The Oregon Universal Wheel, which is the correct diameter and width, comes with 4 hub centers to accommodate the most popular axle sizes. I can’t believe my good fortune in finding a wheel that is the same dimensions and fits the BBQ axle, and is so reasonably priced. And I’m sure they’ll easily outlast the flimsy Outback wheels.

I am very pleased with the product. It fits the Honda izy mower as can be seen in the photo. However, I found the plastic bushings supplied were too tight on the axle so I removed the bearings from the broken wheel and used them instead which worked well. If your bearings are broken rather than the wheel itself you may have a problem.

Other reviews mentioned these wheels would for the Outback Spectrum 3 Burner bbq and they were right – it’s clearly a common fault but the old rubbish wheels broke within a year. These new wheels are great! They’re properly made and feel like they’ll last a long time, unlike the previous wheels.
It’s not a totally straight swap, the axle is a little long so I used some spare bushes to act as a bit of a spacer which worked perfectly fine. You’ll also need the metal nuts from the axle that were securing the previous wheels in order to fix these on securely and I had managed to lose one but fortunately I found spares in our garage so it was an easy fix.
The flame tamers had rusted to dust as well so I replaced those at the same time and now the bbq looks almost new!
If you have this model of bbq and your wheels broke, get these 🙂

Really good value . Perfect replacement for my Honda lawnmower. Different sizes of axle shims supplied, one of which was a perfect fit. Arrived next day with Prime. Highly recommended.

La ruota è di plastica solida, molto simile a quella originale che ho dovuto sostituire. Purtroppo non ho potuto riutilizzare i cuscinetti perchè troppo grandi, ma ho utilizzato gli adattatori in plastica in dotazione. Per incastrare gli adattatori e la copertura ho usato un martello di gomma per non rischiare di rovinare la plastica. Per montarla bisogna 1- togliere la copertura di plastica bianca 2- trovare l’adattatore della misura giusta provando a inserirlo direttamente nel perno della ruota. Deve inserirsi senza fatica e deve girare restando ben centrato sul perno altrimenti poi si sollecita troppo. 3- una volta trovata la coppia di adattatori giusta, incastrarlo nel centro della ruota 4- inserire la ruota nel perno e controllare che giri bene 5- avvitare il dado al perno facendo attenzione a non bloccare la rotazione della ruota 6- rimettere in sede la copertura in plastica bianca Il pezzo originale mi sarebbe costato il doppio quindi, vista la qualità e la resistenza, direi che ho fatto un ottimo acquisto.

The fact that it comes with a range of bushings (to fit various spindle sizes) is excellent.
The only adverse feature is that the cover plate (white) is virtually flat so if your spindle is slightly too long then the cover can’t clip onto the wheel.
