Note: When cutting grass the expert advice is to aim to reduce the lawn height by one third. Therefore if the customer has very long grass (such as the 3 inch example given) it should be cut with the mower at the highest setting initially, lowering to the required length over time, Even when doing this the first pass is going to offer a lot more resistance to the blade and therefore be harder to push, this will become significantly easier each time.

Knocking a star off for lack of assembly instructions. There is a chap on utube but there are two sizes of bolt which he discovers after he has nearly finished. You will need a spanner or socket rench to assemble this. Once together it copes really quite well with long grass and even some uneven ground.

Cortacésped manual perfecto para mantenimiento regular de campas lisas y no muy grandes. Sin líos ni ruidos, simple y se puede usar en hierba húmeda. Ocupa muy poco espacio, fácil de almacenar.
IMPORTANTE en cuanto al montaje: por un lado, se necesita herramienta para apretar bien los tornillos (ver foto) para que la estructura quede fija y firme. Además, para desbloquear las cuchillas antes del primer uso, hay que aflojar un poco (no del todo) las tuercas que sujetan las tiras negras a los costados (ver foto, marcadas en azul).

Gives a good sharp cut but the assembly instructions are easy to follow for assembling the handle but very difficult to follow for attachment as the picture is a grey blob in another grey blob

1. You need a tool to assemble (I got a kit for £6) 2. Google exact model for a video tutorial on YouTube (a guy does it step by step) makes assembly a breeze. 3. Prepare yourself for a workout if the grass is thick or tall. 4. Get this if your yard was already cut and needs to be maintained otherwise stay clear of this item. 5. It’s lightweight, looks great, felt sturdy enough and the return process was smooth. I like that it was convenient and gave me a workout, but unfortunately it was not suitable for my garden. It was extremely difficult to push and the weeds kept getting stuck in the blades. Also can’t pull backwards to cut. You have to only push then turn around and repeat so you will get your steps in for sure. Don’t get me started on uneven surfaces or the edges it will not work on that thanks to the wheels. Overall decent quality and recommendable for gardens in need of minimal work.

I absolutely love this lawnmower! I have chronic body pain and fatigue, so I was worried I wouldn’t manage. But to my surprise, this mower was incredibly easy and smooth to use – I was able to cut the entire lawn quickly and effortlessly.
Even my 12-year-old son is obsessed with it! Every time he sees it in my hand, he begs me to let him use it – and he mows the entire garden in under 10 minutes with a huge smile on his face.
It’s silent, needs no fuel or electricity, and works beautifully. We’ve used several mowers over the years, but this is by far the best we’ve had. I just hope the blades stay sharp over time.
Highly recommended for anyone with a small to medium-sized garden looking for something reliable, quiet, and fun to use.

Elle fonctionne très bien, bien sûr il ne faut pas que l’herbe face 50 cm de hauteur mais vraiment très bien. Je suis artisan et j’ai pas mal de matériel de cette marque et j’ai toujours été satisfaite. Et c’est une marque qui dure dans le temps.

Great little cheap mower that is ideal for a small garden/area of grass. It is relative to the price and is metal framed etc with a decent blade on it. Cut very long grass easily but does miss any thin hard stems – doesn’t seem to catch them. Sadly the bucket does not really collect the grass well which is just a design fault. Easier to use without the collecting basket. There should really be some kind of guidance on how to put the handle together and a tool would be ideal as this is not included so you need to have tools to hand to be able to set it up. There are short screws and a couple of slightly longer screws so make sure you check the length of them before assembly. All in all ok for purpose but I don’t think it would be any good for a large garden or area of grass. Too flimsy and I can see it breaking through lots of use.

I bought this to use on my allotment. It is smaller than some but that just makes it easier to cut the grass paths. It does a great job, even though the ground is not smooth and full of weeds as well as grass. It does struggle on longer tufts of grass but any mover like this would. The collection bag is small too so doesn’t hold much. It catches most of the grass but not all of it.
Easy to put together. Easy to push and light weight.

Love it once you work out how to get the handle bolted on off you go = cuts beautiful so much easier than an electric one no faffing about making sure you don’t go over the cable. its quietish wouldn’t recommend pushing it around at midnight but its a nice sound like scissors going together at a fast rate – longevity who knows time will tell but for the money you cannot complain the grass catcher works ok so a little flies over the sides but it gets 90 percent of the grass people say its hard to empty i never found that just have a large black bucket with you and when full empty into that by unclipping. I would say its very easy to move about but keep the grass to a low level at height it becomes harder and you have to keep the momentum going to get a nice cut and drive it through good bit of kit.
