IPAD arrived next day, wasn’t in an Apple IPAD box however did come packaged securely. Factory reset and even had a good amount of charge in it, was very clean and in pristine condition. Works exactly as it should, good battery life and I’d say really good value for money. Definitely worth the purchase ◡̈

On close inspection there were several small scratches on the front of the iPad, I know it’s renewed but paid extra for excellent condition, if the scratches had been on the back it wouldn’t have mattered, also it kept freezing on setting it up. My daughter was really disappointed as it was for her birthday. Also disgusted that I have to pay the postage to return the iPad for a refund. Could understand having to pay if I just changed my mind but not for a faulty item. Got one elsewhere

Since this was a refurbished ipad, the only con was the battery was dying very fast as compared my old ipad and for this reason I had to send it back and hence 4 stars.everything else condition wise was fantastic, and seller has quickly processed my refund too, so thank you.

Huge noticeable scratches and dents on the back, multiple smaller scratches all over the screen, definitely not “excellent” condition. But iPad itself functions fine.

I wanted to go back to an iPad after trying out a Fire tablet, but could not justify £669 for a new one as I do not use it every day, so I started looking at renewed ones. I decided to go with one in ‘Excellent’ condition as although I knew I was buying a renewed product, I still wanted one that look good even though I knew it would be going in a case.
The iPad arrived the next day in a somewhat battered and squashed box which was wrapped in a flimsy DHL wrapper. I was nervous opening it as I thought it could have been damaged, but luckily it was OK. After thorough inspection I was amazed at its condition…. it looked brand new and was totally unmarked, apart from a small additional sticker on the back which can be removed. I was amazed and I am VERY fussy and have a very good eye for imperfections, so to say I was pleased is an understatement. Although it had been reset to factory settings, I did my own reset and set up iCloud and my apps etc.
My Mum needs a new iPhone, so I will be looking at renewed products for her too after this great experience.

I bought this item as a present. The iPad was in great condition and the recipient is very happy with the iPad – it is lightweight and was easy to setup.
I think it was good value for money and the delivery was super quick too!
