What a pile of rubbish compared to the Krups machines.
Firstly, looks good out of the box. Then you realise there isn’t enough height to fit your coffee glasses under the machine (even with the splash tray removed). OK… Let’s go for mugs. Unfortunately the insult continues once the machine has been cleaned as per instructions.
First pod… Chocolate everywhere, running down the back, and onto the work surface, with very little going into the cup. Second pod (just in case the first one was faulty) same result, only this time continual drips once the machine has stopped.
Conclusion… Shame on you Dolce Gusto. You’ve turned a fantastic coffee pod system into a pile of C.R.A.P. sent straight back.
