This is third dedica I’ve bought First one lasted around 3/4 t Next one 18 months This last one hasn’t worked from start !!

The machine stopped working after just 10 months due to a pump failure – no steam and almost no pressure for brewing espresso. My experience with De’Longhi customer support has been equally disappointing. It’s been nearly a month since I first contacted them, and there’s still no resolution. Obviously, I couldn’t go without my morning coffee for that long, so I bought a new machine, and it’s definitely not a De’Longhi and never will be. This brand has completely lost my trust

Coffee machine is great but the plastic lip of the water tank lid had broken off making it necessary to replace the whole water tank. Disappointing! Cost me £15 to replace it from E spares (Screwfix)

J’ai acheté cette machine en occasion, et elle est presque comme neuve, à part une petite égratignure. Côté performance, rien à dire : elle est super efficace et fonctionne parfaitement depuis des mois. Le design est compact et pratique, et la buse MyLatterArt fait des mousses de lait vraiment top pour les lattes. Je l’utilise presque tous les jours et elle est toujours aussi performante. Très content de cet achat !
