This coffee machine was exactly what I was looking for, it is mega easy to use and produces excellent coffee in many different ways (I have tried them all). I would recommend but be mindful I had to buy new cups as my old ones didn’t fit under where the coffee comes out! No Biggie but thought I would mention.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Ok so I bought this as my original Nespresso Citiz died after three years of intense work. I have to say I was dubious of this product, well because there aren’t many on the market that do multi pods. However I have been rewarded with a great machine and now the freedom to have my coffee as I see fit. The swap out between Nespresso pods (classic pods) and Dolce Gusto is a game changer for me. I have tried all of the different attachments and while I would love to buy a proper coffee machine, the faffing around and cost are not worth it. However I can grind my own beens and tamp the coffee and the machine does the rest. Where else would you get multi pods and fresh coffee in one device.

Brought this as it allows different pod types and even ground coffee. Very easy to.use water comes out very hot unlike most other coffee pods machines as we have found. Great buy.

Looked very impressive but got the better of me. Water seemed to be coming from everywhere before I got a chance to use it, so immediately gave up and returned it. Although my first Kotlie, I instead bought Kotlie alternative and well pleased with it.
