    Ma cafetière est tombé en panne au bout d’un peu plus de 1 an, j’ai appelé le SAV Amazon qui m’a dirigé vers le SAV de la marque, celui-ci devait répondre en 48h mais il a répondu en 72, de plus avec une tonne de questions (voir photo) alors que je leur avais déjà expliqué le problème. N’ayant pas eu de réponse de la part de la marque dans le délai imparti j’ai recontacté le SAV Amazon qui à parfaitement répondu à mes attentes.
    Merci à Amazon pour le remplacement.

    Came fitted with EU plug, jug cracked after a few months use, broke completely within a year of purchase.
