Thank you for the delivery, it was prompt and in one piece. However, this item came with a European power plug… A bit of an oversight, I think. I may have to return it.

Considering the price, it seems like a pretty good little machine. Ours just died after 3 years. It got used every day maybe sometimes twice a day. It always did the job well, couldn’t fault it really. If the hot plate stayed on longer that would have given it a five star, but it’s not the end of the world

Turned up and the spout was broken/cracked Tried to get support and it made me go through Yabanos website itself not Amazon so I had sent an email 2 days after it had arrived when it was unpacked, sent another email 2 weeks after not hearing anything and again a few days after that. Still not heard anything at all and the whole glass on it has cracked on the spout now and smashed off.

The machine works as expected, however, when you come to remove the glass jug from the hot plate it doesn’t always come out without catching the front lip and the machine itself is so light you end up pulling the machine towards you and potentially off the kitchen too surface. If you try and hold the machine to stop this the vents where the steam comes out are on top at the front, so you then burn yourself. I would recommend a bit more weight in the base and some rubber feet rather than hard plastic feet to prevent this. Otherwise happy with the way it works.

I work in a small office on my own so decided to buy the Yabano coffee maker for my office about 13 months ago. It’s used a LOT & so far it’s produced nice hot coffee which can be kept warm for up to 30 minutes I’d say. So far I’ve had no leakages, I like the size of the pot, and everyone coming onto the corridor where I work all comment on the welcoming smell of coffee especially first thing in the morning. My home Tower coffee maker started leaking so I had to get another machine. It was a no brainer for me; purchased another Yabano coffee maker! I hope this coffee maker is just as good as the one I have in my office. Machine arrived securely packaged. Delivery man arrived within the timescale given, was very polite, and he handed the machine to me. Lose equipment has been washed properly & I’ve done 3 runs of clear water to clear the actual machine so now I’m going to make my 1st cup of coffee!
