Unfortunately this product has stopped working after 8 months and I’ve only used it on average once a month. Amazon directed me to contact the seller, however the seller states:
Unfortunately, as this item was ‘fulfilled’ by Amazon you will need to speak with them directly regarding this.
Shame I can’t easily get any help with this and have a replacement sent right away or being used a refund.

The dual-direction juicing is a nice feature, ensuring that you get the maximum amount of juice from each fruit. Additionally, it operates quietly, which is a big plus if you’re using it in the morning and don’t want to disturb others.
Design and Usability
However, the design leaves much to be desired. The juicer is quite bulky, taking up more counter space than expected. The pouring mechanism is also problematic—you have to remove the juicing cone before pouring, which often leads to drips and mess. This is particularly inconvenient when you’re trying to juice a large quantity of fruit, as it interrupts the process and adds unnecessary hassle.
Durability
The biggest disappointment is the material quality. The juicer feels fragile and unfortunately, my unit didn’t last long. After just a month of use, it broke while stored in my luggage, which suggests it’s not durable enough for frequent handling or travel. This fragility undermines its practicality, especially if you’re looking for something that can stand up to regular use.
