On my first trip using it, the zipper barely worked and I couldn’t get one of the zippers around to the other side. The pullout arm would not fully pullout either. I had another model for about 3 years with no real issues but the wheels cracked so I bought this one.
I missed the return by a few days and finding out how to get it repaired is too much of a hassle so they lost me as a customer.

Overall, very satisfied. Especially when considering the price. The handle could be a little longer when fully extended… or they could put 4 wheels on it instead of the 2 it comes with. Some people don’t like the zippers. I think they’re very sturdy and over time will loosen up a little, but they don’t need too.
I’m 5’10 and 175 pounds. I can fit 2 suites, 2 shirts, 1 pair of dress shoes, 1 casual outfit, 2 gym outfits, and toiletries without issue.
