   In my kitchen, a multipurpose stand mixer is an indispensable appliance. Its excellent craftsmanship and adaptability are remarkable. Cooking is enjoyable due to its ease of use and efficiency. Additional accessories are an excellent complement.

   I’m no professional but I think this mixer is great. I adore this Cooks Professional Multi-Function Stand Mixer; it’s quite attractive and has performed admirably thus far! Suction feet that prevent the machine from moving and an easy-to-use digital control screen that allows you to change speed settings are both highly useful design elements. The mixer itself is lightweight enough to be carried to the front of the kitchen top while in use, and it fits neatly into the kitchen corner when not in use.

   It has worked well for me so far when I’ve used it to knead bread, pizza dough, and chapati dough for cake recipes. It also held up beautifully to the kneading. There are numerous speeds that work well for different types of recipes. The clear plastic guard at the top helps to prevent mess and is easy to clean! Among its various uses, its 1800w power is more than sufficient for mincing meat and making/ mixing dough.

   I’ve made a tonne of smoothies and milkshakes in it, and each time it produces the ideal outcome without any issues. It comes with a glass blender jug, and you can make two good-sized glasses out of it without it trying to overflow or burst out the top.

   I’ve only used the mincer twice so far to test it out. Although I won’t be using this feature very much, it’s good to have if you need it. Fitting all of the accessories is quite simple. The stainless-steel mincer locks into position when it clicks. It feels incredibly substantial and safe. Once inside, place your meat tray on top and grind it up before pushing it out the side and into the bowl. It wasn’t bad at mincing and I had some success with this. It didn’t seem to about although it was the cleanest mince I’ve ever seen – it was slightly pulverised as well but I’ll class it as a success.

   I’ve never been happier to find the multipurpose stand mixer of my dreams, and I suggest it to anyone who appreciates quality and comfort.

   I have recently got into baking, and in an effort to help speed up the sometimes-overwhelming process, I was looking for an electric mixer. I have mostly black decor in my kitchen and wanted to keep things in that colour. I really liked that this one had so many attachments (namely the blender and the grinder). I have quite a hard time in my area finding pre-made minced meat for banh mis, so knowing I would now have access to make my own helped prod me into snagging this do-it-all gadget.

   The box it arrived in was quite large, but it is all needed as everything was expertly packed inside. I read through the manual that came with it, and after some patience, a good wash and lots of recycling, I had it put together and ready for use. I decided that I would start with an old familiar- walnut brownies. I wanted to add a bit of instant coffee into the water/oil additions to give the chocolate a lovely boost. I can’t explain just how easy it was to have it blended in super short order, all my ingredients in there. I thought it might cause my chopped walnuts to break apart, but there was absolutely no change. It was just so easy! I am working my way up to breadmaking, so I am sticking with desserts for the moment. I haven’t tried the meat grinder function yet, but can verify the blender is great for making milkshakes! Definitely a winner now that we’ve got summer on our doorstep.

   One drawback so far has been the size of it once assembled. It is really quite large, and also my kitchen is large, I don’t have a lot of countertop space. I have to store this elsewhere when it’s not in use, and take off the periphery attachments so that it can fit into cupboards. It isn’t a deal breaker, but it is definitely something to consider. So far, I am really impressed with this, and I am so glad I’ve got it. I’m thinking that for my next planned gathering, I will make the banh mis I have been craving.
