The product is sufficient for my needs. I was looking for a standard mixer that wasn’t going to cost a fortune but still do what I need and to look attractive, this ticks all the boxes. I had an issue with one of the attachments and the customer service was great, they sent out a replacement straight away. Would recommend this product.

Firstly, this mixer looks really nice and would look good in any kitchen.
It has some nice features like the pour in splash guard, the dough bowl lid that has an insert for proving, and, what I particularly liked, the side scraper.
It has 6 speeds and a pulse function.
It also has 4 suction feet which really make it stay in place.
Where it’s let down is the top just doesn’t open up quite enough.
This makes it a bit awkward for removing the bowl, especially if you have a large amount of mixture.
You would have to try and detach the whisk to remove it at the same time to not make a mess.
I have compared this to a mixer of the same style and there is definitely a difference in clearance.

I’ve always trusted this brand. The speed is very good on all levels and ulcerative ky value for money looking at other brands the colour is just like the pictures. Mixer quality is very good. Easy to clean, but I found it to be a little loud. It would have been 5 stars if it was a quieter.

It makes making dough very easy. I started to make cakes like master chefs at home. The material quality is very good. The speed settings for mixing were sufficient for me. A device that can be used even in a professional kitchen.

The media could not be loaded.
This was the 4th time I had used the mixer, as you can see in the video the paddle won’t rotate. It was used to mix cake batter so not overworked. I would not recommend this product.
