I actually bought this as my old one which is now 38 years old is starting to flag a bit I wish I hadn’t wasted my money it certainly doesn’t like whipping cream, the noise is like a jet engine and the smell of burning is just terrible I’m not quite sure what to use it for as after a couple of minutes it has to be turned off it’s totally useless in my opinion and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I was doubtful will this stand mixer be any good but yes it has surpassed me. Its pretty sturdy and does the job. The stand is very supportive. There are 2 buttons on stand itself. Side button is to tilt the mixer and remove bowl when needed (image 3). And back button to release the mixer itself. Even when attaching the mixer I suggest to press the button. It will make lot easier to put it back on place. One of the mixing blade has zigzag teeth ring which powers the bowl spinning, I think. I stuck yellow paper to show on my video how it spins when mixer works. The mixer with blades is placed slightly on side, not on the middle of the bowl. Like that all the ingredient have the chance to mix well. We also have the chance to easily add more ingredients while mixer is working. Win-win.
Mixer has only 300W power, that’s not to much to be honest. My old mixer has 500W and it goes well on thicker mixtures. I think the 300W will heats up quicker and will need more breaks when kneading the bread dough. I didn’t make any bread recently so couldn’t try this option. With standard cake mixtures it’s good enough for.
The bowl is strong but we can bend it little bit, after all, it’s made of plastic.
I like that the base of the stand has sucking cups to hold everything firmly on the worktop.
I’m quite haply with this mixer and will use it for cake making more likely.
Price is low so I can’t expect more powerful mixer in that price range. All in all, it’s good stand mixer, on budget, for occasional use.
