Almost no back support. I am not a tall guy but even I have trouble sitting on this sofa unless it is leaning towards a wall.

This lovely sofa was packed well and delivered on time. The instruction came inside was straightforward which made the sofa quite easy to assemble for me and my husband. There’s no quality issues at the moment, quite steady and comfy for two people. I won’t describe this sofa looks fancy as it’s more modern stylish and it can fit in rooms with limited space. Good choice for the ones with budget or just simply renting somewhere.

We have been looking for a good quality, comfortable, sofa for a while now that is small enough to fit in a bedroom. We chose this one because it looks nice, is the perfect size for us, and also has a good weight limit.
First of all, we cannot fault the customer service as the seller replied promptly to us on Christmas day and have also dealt with other issues promptly. The seller has taken our feedback on board to improve the quality of the product.
The sofa does look nice and it feels lovely. It is also comfortable to sit on initially as the base is well made and it is really easy to assemble.
Unfortunately, for us, the backrest was way too low and the cushions folded over the back of the backrest when leaning back on the seat. This would be uncomfortable if there was not a wall behind the sofa for the cushions to lean on. It felt like the cushions needed to be twice the thickness too for better back support as the seat itself is quite deep.
It was also noticed that the quality of one of the arm rests was not as good as expected when pressing the arm down on it. We may have been one of the unlucky ones to receive a sofa that wasn’t quality checked.
Although we really liked the sofa, it was let down by the lack of back support and workmanship. If the quality was improved and the sofa was updated then we would highly recommend it.

I received today and not happy with quality and also there are marks and a flaw in it.Flaw in material at front….oil marks on a cushion and slso one of back cushions in picture is faulty as stitching not same as other cushion
As it’s being used outside am willing to keep at a reduced rate.
I have enclosed photos for you to see.

Den Aufbau habe ich alleine gemacht und bis auf die Rückenlehne lief alles schnell und reibungslos. Das komplizierte war den Reißverschluss von der Rückenlehne mit dem Gegenstück also Sitzteil zu verbinden und die Rückenlehne dann in die Schienen reinzubekommen. Eine zweite Person wäre an der Stelle gut. Außerdem riecht es auch nach 2 Wochen und auslüften stark nach Chemikalien sodass ich mich aktuell noch nicht darauf entspannen kann. Ich hoffe, dass der Geruch weg geht. Das Material scheint nicht das hochwertigste zu sein allerdings kann man bei dem Preis auch nicht allzuviel mehr verlangen.

Der Rückgabeschein ist nützlos. Die Addresse in Deutschland, wo er herkam, ist nicht darauf, sondern eine Addresse in China, wo der hergestellt würde. Die ist sehr leicht gebaut, obwohl die Oberfläche schön ist.
