Nice sofa at an affordable price, however 2 of the feet that came with the sofa were the wrong ones, however the seller did send out the correct feet that was missing very quickly, the sofa is very comfortable to sit and sleep on.

Delivery team was amazing, called prior to arrival and brought the sofa to the requested room.
So was on put together by one person. Larger than it looks in the picture but really comfortable to sit on. Lots of space for lying do\wn whilst watching TV and the built in ottoman storage is a nice bonus

Ordered this sofa, it arrived a week later than promised. All the seams came undone a week into owning it. The pull out bed part was broken within a few days and wouldn’t push back in. After contacting them I was told a new part would be sent out.
One evening at 10.40pm, I had a knock at the door from them saying they’re collecting the broken part and replacing it. They came into my home, chucked the old part over on its side scratching my wooden floor. Then continued to say I needed to use the old legs and bolts for the new part. They asked for a screwdriver to take the legs off of which we explained that we used an impact driver and we are not happy for them to use it at that time of night seeing though we have children asleep. They continued to go to the van and come in with a drill of which I said no as the children are asleep. They were not happy with this. They managed to get a few bolts out and some legs off which they gave me for the new part. The carried out the sofa, hitting my wall and denting it on the way out. When I showed them the damage they have caused they said ‘well it’s a big sofa’. The replacement part was just as broken as the first part.
I contacted them via email again and after some arguing they offered £50. This was obviously not going to cover the damages let alone the hassle and the poorly made sofa.
They then demanded to collect the sofa as it was theirs.
I contacted Amazon of which they done a A-Z guarantee, they sorted it out their end to a satisfactory response.
I then received multiple calls from the ‘company’ demanding they collect the sofa. I explained we have taken this further and Amazon confirmed to not return as it’s been taken further.
They then continued to call over 10 times of which I didn’t answer. They then called from a different number claiming to be ‘amazon delivery manager’ stating they are collecting it that day and I must return. This was all done on a mobile number so I wasn’t fooled.
The door knocked around 10pm, again this was the sofa people to collect the sofa that I have already told them was out of my hands now as it’s been taken further. I told them they will not be taking it as I said multiple times on the phone. They then sat in the van outside my house for ages before moving.
Please reconsider before purchasing anything off the company. It’s been an absolute disgrace and I’m sure it probably isn’t over yet.
They don’t even deserve the star, but it was the lowest I could give.

Bought this for our log cabin and it is just gorgeous and solid and worth every penny, I agree it’s a bit of a different experience with the sellers but they are approachable and so nice, took a little longer to arrive but so worth the wait , sellers were very patient with me and the drivers were friendly and kind

Really comfortable sofa, it is large, check the measurements they are correct. Delivery was really quick, extra charge paid to drivers to bring up to 2nd floor (no lifts) and fit which we expected and worth it. Great value at least double in the shops. Really pleased with purchase.

Had this 10 months, the term “get what you pay for” has never been so true. Fabric is tearing on corners. The staples holding the wood together are coming out, the main support timber under the bed part has cracked . Spent 2 hours repairing, still needs new fabric.
Very cheaply made , poor quality, I should of spent a bit more to get something built to last , it is a terrible made sofa. Don’t buy it.

We bought this product and got very confused as we received a letter (the invoice) but not the product but was later informed that this is used for tracking. We received 2 pieces of the sofa when there should have been 3 + legs so if you order make sure you have 3 pieces and the legs come in the corner! Although 1 part was not received only took 1 message to get the missing part delivered!
Dispute the bumps we had on the way it was worth the wait as the sofa is very comfy and the sofa bed comes out very easily! Nice material also! Altogether love it! And the sellers are polite and helpful also! Thank you!

This is a poor quality sofa, don’t waste your money. The customer services are unhelpful & rude.
Broke within less than a year & they just want to get more money out of you for repairs or replacement parts. Also doesn’t look the colour pictured, wish I sent it back when I received it.
