   Bought the 2 and 3 seater sofa’s. they are nothing like the picture on Amazon. If you are buying them for a very small Bedsit, or a Dr’s waiting room, then they would be ok. But i feel that the picture’s do NOT represent the actual product delivered to me. The seat cushions on the picture look individual, when in fact it is just a padded board, made to look like two cushions. Sat on it for the firs time last night, and after half an hour, my bum was numb, and my back was aching. No padding on back of sofa’s exept a 2 inch cushion. which also looks thicker on the picture’s. Serious purchasers should look at other sofa’s, and maybe pay a bit more for guaranteed comfort. I am so angry that I sent my old settee and recliner to the tip. i should of saved my money, and added a bit more to it, to get better quality.

   We returned the sofa to the seller. Unfortunately the build quality was very cheap. We honestly didn’t think the couch would last long at all due to the build quality.
   Very rigid and hard on the comfort level and although the fabric was a nice colour and the feel was soft, was poorly fitted around the arm rests and back.
   Customer service was good. No quibble return and received a full refund within a few days of return.
   Not a couch for relaxing on, more an occasional sofa to perhaps dress a space.

   Absolutely in love with these sofas came in 4 boxes was easy to build took 20 mins for each one also they are very solid n comfy and are a very good height for people who struggle to get up from lower sofas defp reccommend

   Worth every penny,very sturdy and comfortable.very easy to assemble needs 2 people. Not a massive thing but the back cushions not as solid as I would like them but still very comfortable.looks lovely very tidy.

   They come in different delivery and awkward to put together. They didn’t go together properly and not very sturdy! The legs didnt fit right! I complained and got a £50 refund however they have now fallen apart and feel like I wasted 500 pound! Plus the cushions are not very good shape for the backs and the seats themselves are very hard!

   Poor build quality – May 23, 2025

   It’s OK to look at, not very comfortable, not awful and not very strong. I bought it for summer house, i would not of got one from furniture store in there. Had to have a flat pack one. It won’t be used much, I will add other cushions, so will be fine for me. £220 maybe a little too much.
