On setup VERY VERY slow….didn’t read sim card! Used 20% battery on setting up although I was getting no where with that…tryed to use camera for QR code pppfft just wasn’t seeing it…ran out of patience with, the thing and sent it straight back….I went on previous advice, in the comments. Works clearly for some. I usually don’t give back feedback on anything I buy good/bad. But this was definitely scary for me and couldn’t handle the slow unresponsive, time consuming with anything I was trying to do with it…as I said back in box and sent straight back…..pffffft stress free again 😅 bullet dodge!

Honestly, for the price, this JoyHandy phone is a steal! I needed a simple, unlocked phone, and this does the job perfectly. I bought it for my daughter as a first phone, surprised by the features like face unlock id and clear display. It have 16 Gb memory which is good for controlling my kid to download less apps. The memory can be expanded by using microsd card For such an affordable price it is worth of buying and great value for money.
